Shipping and Delivery

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at for a resolution. We ask that return shipping be paid by the customer. 


    If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged item reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Also, Eternally Lit Candles is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for a returned or exchanged product. We do not assume responsibility for packages once they are processed into the USPS system. If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS with your tracking information provided once shipped.
